Pros

Decent pay, lots of overtime available (hourly) if your desperate for a paycheck this place fits the bill. Plenty of work on the horizon. stable work flow decent safety record.

Cons

Management treat the hourly employees like herds of livestock. The slice of the pie is getting smaller. cutting benefits each year, newer employees start at lower wages, smaller raises, basically lowering the standard of quality for the product.

Good quarterly bonus and friendly, high level co-workers. I like being able to plan what I work on most typical days.

Cons

Long hours, all hours of the day. Some departments are uncooperative and have a silo mentality. Also some departments will fire a person before they will actually address a root cause to a problem.
