Managers and union employees make great pay, the parts and processes are interesting

Cons

No communication, lack of knowledgeable leadership, employees thrive on assigning blame and avoiding resolution, projects are almost never completed, no follow through in any aspect, managers spend more than 80% of their time in meetings resulting in very little decision making and face to face interaction. Poorly run company all around

Decent pay and benefits with yearly bonus. Has many locations in the US as well as in other countries so there are many chances for advancement.

Cons

Not as technologically advanced as they could be for a Fortune 500 company. Management does not value their employees as they should. Expects employees to put in a lot of overtime.
