They pay very well but don't let that fool you ...

Cons

No accountability for employee (hourly) actions. Weak but very nasty union environment. The place is a real mess. Hard to believe they process aerospace parts, scary thought. Very nasty management, especially on the energy side. Very high turnover for engineering and highly skilled positions.

Cons

Business processes are very unclear and complex. "Open Door Policy" in IT Department. Highly under-staffed.
