Pay is generous - because they have to pay well to distract from their awful work environment and horrible culture.
Cons
No regard for diversity and inclusion No consistency in management High Turnover Resistant to change NOT Agile NOT Lean Authority to make decisions is held at the very top of the organization, every decisions must be approved through a long exhausting approval chain. When things go wrong, the people at the bottom are held responsible. Yelling is common Name calling is common Not a culture that encourages collaboration NO working from home Most salaried employees work 6-7 days per week, 10+ hours days. Taking PTO and sick days is frowned upon. Respect and dignity is not a value of PCC.
