Pros

Flexible shifts/hours. Overtime if you want it. They won't fire anyone for anything. If you work at klune longer than 3 months you have a good amount of seniority. Quarterly bonuses.

Cons

High turnover rate, because of self serving management, and low pay. It doesn't matter what you know, as long as you are related to someone. Good for people who don't like to work, as management expects the good workers to pull most of the weight. All employees good or bad get around a 2% raise per year. No reward for good employees, no correction for bad employees.

Pros

On paper this is a great company to work for. The benefits are good and its a great place to get your foot in the door in the aerospace industry.

Cons

The company is suffering from serious growing pains, and the lack of experienced management if very much an issue. PCC is quick to hire new management with no real experience. At my position I had 5-6 supervisors, non of which actually understood the job I was doing.

Pros

Challenging work, and great teammates. You will be better as a result. Fantastic pay/benefits. One of the FEW companies that doles out a quarterly cash bonus payable every 3 months.

Cons

The blunt force, harder, faster, no-pain, no-gain blue collar nature of the work in both blue and white collar jobs isn't for everyone. Lots of turnover because of the work and culture. But that is a matter of opinion and preference. Work life balance seems to deteriorate as you advance, but that's expected in most large companies mid to senior mgmt.
