Lots of work and lots of overtime.

Cons

Terrible and very corrupt management they let people get away with drinking on the job and the hard workers get punished for doing their job plus taking up the slack for others.

Poor Work-Life balance. It's all about cutting cost and making a number with no focus on developing employees. My Manager often asked me to modify the way things were measured just to make numbers look better.

Terrible work environment, management by exception only, zero work/life balance when working in management here.
