Everything about this place is a disaster.
This place is on a fast track back to the major fatalities that they had back in 1997. They haven't improved anything since this time. Corporate Management is worthless and they fly by the seat of their pants. Disrespectful to employees by calling them names that you wouldn't call your worst enemy. All the way from the top CEO of PCC to the mindless bodies that are supposed to run this place. I have been a part of several meetings with senior level managers and have watched them belittle grown men and women. They are corporate bullies. They have no respect for the unions that staff the plant. This place is the most dangerous place I have ever worked, hands down. Company is constantly covering up safety and environmental issues. Employees are constantly getting hurt and the management does nothing to correct the environment. A study was performed by UMASS on the air pollution that this particular plant produces, and it was number 1 on the list surpassing Exxon and other top fortune 250 companies. I was in the top senior level management here at this place. I am not disgruntled, I chose to leave. IT IS MORALY WRONG AND I COULD NOT IN GOOD CONCIOUS WORK HERE ANY LONGER.
THEY DONT CARE ABOUT THE PEOPLE OR ENVIRONMENT IN WHICH THEY ARE ABUSING AND DESTROYING, ITS AS SIMPLE AS THAT. YOU WILL GAIN NOTHING BY WORKING HERE.
