Job responsibilities are reasonable, enjoyable, and work-life balance is pretty good.

Cons

Terrible work culture. Older antisocial employees, anti-collaborative culture, rude/disrespectful/unprofessional communication. Prideful in the hierarchical power dominance and disrespect to employees. Awful in general. Zero diversity (age, gender, race, etc.)

Cons

-Expected support from engineering on every weekend for parts. (Very little work/life balance) -Often given accountability for tasks that fall into a completely different teams purview. -Management often expects results in a week or two from a process that can take months.

The HR person Cuabeya Woods is very rude and racist against minorities. He’s an African American himself; however, he shows a lot of hate against other minorities who are advancing their careers. Kovaloski, James CEO of this location is very biased and unfit for the position.
