Horrible communication. Lack of correct training. Time limited per job to get done. (with to many stipulation to actually get it done in the time frame lot given) Will get wrote up if can't keep within target time. Put on level probations steps, once hit 3 your terminated. Very high pace and high stress. Higher management setting high goals that have never done the job in their life and expect the workers to pull it off.
