Pros

PCC has wonderful benefits, generous salaries and I love the people. Everyone I have spoken with has worked for the company for 10+ years. There is so much chance for advancement and engagement.

Cons

Although I receive 2 weeks of vacation and 1 week of PTO, I really wish it was 3 weeks of vacation.

There are some really great people who work here and the products are very cool. It’s a very interesting process and always new things to learn.

Cons

Management, why are we yelling at people still? Male dominated and isolates women. Pay is fine but lacks consistency.
