Pros

Lots of opportunity to move up or change positions.

Cons

Far too numbers driven. If numbers are not met, they fire people then tell the remaining staff to pick up the slack. Then, if numbers are not met again, they repeat until plant is run into the ground. Then they close the plant and layoff everyone.

Poorly Staffed

Pros

Unless you are senior leadership there are none.

Cons

No work from home but they will tell you there is. Short staffed so if you’re an FA they will try and get you to be the SOX person or the AP back up. They have high turnover and don’t back fill they just expect current employees to work more hours. They provide no training. The bonus is based on a weird scale so if your company does poorly you can get $100 bonus. Don’t count on the bonus as a significant part of your salary.
