very different plants, good exposure, lots of different people. Relocation

Cons

no preparation for roles you will be thrown into. Not enough time to learn the job before getting moved again. Constant turnover and inability to bring in or maintain operations/engineering support around you makes it even harder and more chaotic. Prepare for 60 hour weeks with no thanks or loyalty returned. Also, PCC is a union buster who loves to dance on the line of violating the NLRA
