      Mostly good coworkers. Much more peaceful on night shift.

      Cons

      Everything. They try extra hard to keep your pay down and some of the raises have been insulting. They renege on holiday pay. Management is so awful it's a surprise they haven't been sued. They only care for management staff, especially for raises, bonuses, and holidays. PCC as a whole is a terrible company. Just google some of their lawsuits for employees and what they've done to the environment. Disgusting.
