Very stressful place to work. OT is often encouraged although not mandatory as much anymore. Higher management is often replaced which normally turns the place upside down. Often their idea of the best type of management is to treat people like they never do enough.

This place is the worst, most unorganized, non ability to take responsibility for management failure I have ever seen. No respect from top to bottom... place can't build one Airbus door correctly, let alone try and jump the order 10 fold... there is no way to increase your hourly salary besides the 2-3% yearly. That's not even a cost of living increase. That less than a minimum wage job... The turn over rate here is worse than a County Fair stand. With equal training provided (I), as would everybody else that works here onlt recommend doing 6 months and leaving!
