I like the people I work with. Pay isn't terrible. Schedule is flexible.

Cons

Upper management doesn't have a clue how to manage or sustain good performance. Bonuses are kind of a joke because performance is always in the crapper, which doesn't help that corporate sets goals that are unattainable. They just want to pad their own pockets. The little guys always get screwed. No incentives for consistently good work. Career development stalls once you're established (maybe after a year or two), raises don't happen very often (you have to pester supervisor constantly). No sick days, it comes from PTO.

No reason to stay. The idiots in management treat hourly and staff like dirt. HR is the worse I've ever seen.

Cons

Treat employees badly. Said they would hold door open for you when you quit. Constantly hire unqualified people going cheap. Quality went in the trash can and all the customers are pissed. PCC bought us and kept a couple of the worst people to help run the company and daily run this company into the ground. Expecting 400k a day when we don't have the capacity to do that much. Changing work schedules at their whim and tell you to hit the door if you don't like it
