Pros

Great people, great company culture. The managment is very generous and do have a genuine interst in the employees. They provide snacks for the employees, and do a lot of nice things for the employees througout the year. I love working here.

Cons

Long hours on the phone. As a planner, upward mobility is difficult. If you work in the planning center, you find that unless you are recruited from select colleges, you will more than likely be in the planning center because it doesnt seem that they headhunt for positions in operations from within the planning center.

decent product, lots of leads.

Cons

if you do not desire to advance from a sales position to a regional position, and you are a woman, you are out of luck. Incredibly obvious, deeply rooted misogynistic culture. Commissions are a pitifully small percentage of what they would be selling the same product for another company.

Great fellow employees, very friendly place work. Employees of all ages. Open kitchen and fun company activities including a formal Christmas party and company picnic.

Cons

Disproportionate male management to number of female employees and religious bias is evident. Each department runs almost completely blind of what other departments do
