Pros

PCI prides itself on creating opportunities for its employees. “Create sustainable opportunities for employees” is actually written in the company’s Mission Statement. It’s one of the many reasons why I enjoy working for them. I wasn't surprised to hear that The Minnesota Business magazine listed PCI in their annual top “100 Best Companies to Work For.”
