They are definition of micro-management.

Pros

The only pro I can think of is there are some good people there.

Cons

PCI has a large list of values and will tell you they have a mission statement they live by but it's all just on paper. They treat everyone like they are 16 and it's their first job. The amount of micro managing is over the top. Many times it left me speechless and amazed their employees put up with the treatment. No one speaks up in meetings or goes to upper management for fear of retaliation from them. This is not a company for women. They are still governed by the good ole boy network of the St Cloud area. The benefits are below average and their HR staff does not fully understand them. When I asked about them during the negotiation of the job offer, I was lied to and mislead.

Pros

Scheduling with college - fairly flexible with classes when given enough notice

Cons

Supervisors- very poor interaction skills with the supervisors. Policies - redundant policies where you have no interaction with the client provided you're on the bottom floor. PTO - 2 days PTO as part time is laughable and not even worth mentioning. Not much better as full time. Wages - far lower than competitors within the same area. Minimal career opportunities - while you can advance, they typically add a whopping 50 cents per hour for advancing.

Pros

-Great pay for student workers looking for a part time job -Vibrant office environment -Friendly Co-workers -This job really helped me improve my communication and relationship building skills

Cons

Talk on phone non stop with 2 15 mins break in the middle for the straight 8 hours. If someone doesn't call you for more than 15 mins , manager would act very suspicious like you did something wrong to block the call. - Lack of trust in employees
