Pros

- A very friendly work environment - Management takes great care in looking after the well being of employees - Great opportunity to develop key business KSAO's

Cons

- Sometimes the work can be frustrating and mundane (as with any job). - If you don't have the patience and/or drive for premium customer service, it may not be for you.

Pros

Good company to work for. Really nice people. They're very flexible with schedules and most of the the Managers are competent. I would still be working for them except they closed the Texas Office and moved it to Las Vegas.

Cons

Hourly pay is a little lower than average and its hard to get a raise. The system they use to gauge performance is difficult, although they changed it last year and made it a little easier but smaller raises.
