Pros

WFH and no commute, hardware provided.

Cons

No per diem, you pay for internet, equipment breaks down always, technology dated, excessive and aggressive weekly quality assessments, there's nepotism, ADA adherence is nullified, job title includes not only CSR, but you'll be a Claims Analyst, and A/P but paid less than minimum wage for all three. Not diversified.

Sadly none, years ago this place was something to rave about. Now, you warn others to stay away

Cons

Upper leadership has consistently started to show that the bottom dollar is more important than the members and employees. Job descriptions changed to give more work without a new title and pay rate. The outsourcing that is happening is saving them millions but at what cost to the member? Bad quality work to save a dollar.. Micromanaging at its finest.. being held to unrealistic standards as a way of pushing you out the door. Looking for ways to fire employees and not pay unemployment
