- not truly remote since you have to be confined to your desk. It’s a computer box at your desk. Not a laptop like most “remote”/“wfh” positions
- half hour lunches could easily be hour lunches. Just because you’re home doesn’t mean you have time to have an acceptable lunch.
- micromanaged so much, especially if you have to use the bathroom outside of your scheduled breaks
- the “support” help barely helps. They sometimes can make it worse & then the member is on hold for longer than they needed to be.
- the pay should be more if Premera is making so much each year. The living wage is not really living when you’re truly paycheck to paycheck, especially if you’re a single income household
