Pros

Medical benefits are good. Dental not so good because they only have a list of franchise dentists that are in network.

Cons

Stressful. Micromanaged. Load of work is overwhelming. You will be doing everything. Resources are endless and not easy to navigate. When you need help you have steps you need to take before someone can assist. Member is on hold for a long time while you try to navigate the system and reach out for help.

Not a lot of pros anymore. The culture has changed.

Cons

Lack of thoughtful decision making. Poor performers are protected while long term effective employees are laid off. High volume of employees needing to take a leave of absence due to stressful working conditions. Overburdening employees.
