      Ability to work from home

      Cons

      Terrible leadership, no work life balance, never complain about harassment you endure there. They like you to keep your mouth shut. They will single you out, give you poor preformance reviews, additional system issues and work really hard to move you out. The pay was not worth the stress and harassment.

      Great company to work for. Great benefits, great paid time off, great management in appreciating its employees.

      Company needs to be more on par with pay scale as well as providing cost of living increases due to our economy.
