      You are a commodity. you can be let go or downsized regardless of performance if corporate strategy or goals are not met (and this does happen regularly)

      Work/life balance. The ability to work from home (but was changing).

      Cons

      Poor pay when compared to other companies. Constant restructuring which results is RIFs. Terrible communication with employees. No room for growth or advancement in the company.
