Some passionate employees sometimes make up for the bad

Executives are an important part of any companies culture and success. This CEO seems to sinking while their pay just increases. Rolling quarterly layoffs and reminders to make sacrifices and do with less had created an unsustainable situation where people are feeling disengaged.

Cons

PTO not very good, everything comes out of it including sick time and training hours if you have licensure. They do not pay for CEU’s or give you time to go to them
