Pros

Excellent upper management staff, you are treated like an adult and are given responsibilities accordingly. The company has a great set of core values that they live by. They offer annual raises and outstanding benefits. There's a lot of room for growth.

Cons

Internal departments need to communicate more often and provide updates for when things change. Policies need to be reviewed before they are filed to make sure they truly need to be there. Upper management spending too much time in meetings.

Pros

The people in many cases are amazing, however it depends if you are in Ops or anyplace else; Ops is treated like crap but wow are they dedicated and value & put the members and providers first. Attempt to grow you are wolf bait.

Cons

They canned of most of the best they had over past 3 years sadly, including VPS & CEO who cared & Supervisors/ Mgrs who valued employees. Now pitting EEs against each other & forcing them to do multiple jobs for same pay. They TALK about the member up top but reinventing the wheel once again for less $ is killing all below. Sad, bcs it was one of the best places, was there over 15 yrs.

Pros

Nice campus and buildings. Good benefits - medical, dental and life insurance, disability, paid time off. Competitive pay. Employees big supporters of charitable organizations and giving back to the community. If you like challenges, there are many - you just need to be aggressive in being heard and at the same time be patient.

Cons

Behind in technology, silos between departments with decisions made without an understanding of impact to other areas. Customer service levels seem to be going down. Top heavy at director and VP levels. Have heard morale is low right now due to layoffs in 2015 and 2016.
