Pros

Beautiful campus and great location. If you are coming from the outside, pay is competitive but if you are moving internally and you're moving to a higher position the pay increase is sub-par.

Cons

Company is going through some major changes which have not been handled well. The re-organization in Infrastructure did not have a transition plan which has left that area in dis-array.

We recognize that change can be difficult. Even change made for the appropriate reason. As Premera evolves there will be many wins and many lessons learned. Pros

Mostly a good company. Standard benefits, and the pay is OK although it lags the market a bit. The work culture is relaxed in most departments; the dress code is casual. Although the company does little to encourage professional development, internal transfers are easy.

Cons

Senior management has too many vice presidents. They seem to lack direction, and they don't communicate with staff effectively. Instead of taking responsibility for failure they pretend it didn't happen. Raises are minimal, so negotiate a high starting pay.

Pros

1. Good bonus 2. Subsidized meals 3. Good benefits (Health insurance , PTO) 4. Base salary+ Bonus 5. Can't think of anything else apart from the above

Cons

1. Outdated technology and lagging behind its competitors in technology 2. No room to advance 3. Management 4. Cross team communication (You wouldn't know many things/ get to know very late although you are in the same project)
