      Pros

      Stablility. Good for people who like psuedo-government type jobs and few career opportunities. Nine years.

      Cons

      Few opportunities to progress or move around. Two ways to get a raise: 1) leave, then come back and negotiate a better salary or 2) wait FORVER for the old timers to retire (remember, its just like the governemnt).

      Too little work sometimes and potential for boredom Some late nights required due to operating hours of department Some employees are resting and vesting

      Great Monday - Friday Schedule, Staff is very outgoing and fun to work with. We always have a great time.

      Cons

      Pay Rate is on the low side for my Career path. You have to work really fast all day with very little time to slow down and gather yourself.
