Pros

I have been employed by Premier Roofing Company for 2 years now. I started off as a front desk admin for the first year. I was quickly promoted to the Accounts Payable Manager by working hard and showing drive to move up in the company. I appreciate that my owners saw that and awarded me for all my hard work. This is the BEST company I have ever worked for! I am in love with the culture and vision of the company. Premier Roofing provides a fun exciting work environment and recognizes its employees for their hard work. I am luck to have Premier Roofing as my family!

Cons

I nothing negative to say about this amazing company. I would only suggest providing retirement options.

Pros

I have been with Premier Roofing since February of 2006. I started as a Field Rep, was promoted to Field Supervisor, then accepted the Restoration Sales Manager position, and am now the General Manager of the Denver Branch. We continue to grow in the Denver metro market and have expanded to four other branch locations in Colorado and surrounding states. The people are all fun and up-beat. I enjoy coming to work each day knowing that our goal is to be the largest and best roofing company in the nation some day. Being a part of all of the positive growth has been an amazing experience.

Cons

It is somewhat of a cyclical business. The majority of our work is completed in seven to eight months out of the year. This comes with being in the construction business in Colorado or anywhere that the weather becomes a factor during the winter season. Fortunately, we find in-house projects and volunteer work for our team members to do so that we do not have to lay people off during the slow times. Many times our processes will change or adapt as we grow and compete for our place in the market.
