-They can't staff what you sell -Massive frontline layoffs due to mismanagement, poor sales structure and leadership mistakes -Promotes diversity and equity, but has no problem laying off the diverse workforce -Lack of direction, training, and transparency from leaders

Fully-stocked kitchen. Great SF location with awesome views.

Cons

[This pertains to the A/R team only] AR is a basic accounting function, yet this company is trying too hard to make this function more difficult than it should be. I understand margins are too great to drop some of these accounts; however, your current foundation (management) is very poor and will continue to be the catalyst for your historical high turnover in this team. I won't go into details; nevertheless, prepare to be "pigeonholed" if you join this current team.
