Pros

The team I work with is what gets me through. The VP does a good job of shielding us from the toxicity. I was hopeful when the CEO met with us about immediate changes to be implemented but it’s been over 4 months and the shifts haven’t yielded much improvement.

Cons

It’s honestly gotten so bad that our team has intentionally been declining student service referrals not because of capacity but because the workload is completely unmanageable. I know this is a business but for the amount of work that is needed to maintain any sense of quality, the rate we are paid is despicable. I am struggling everyday to find any balance when I am working 7 days a week to dig myself out of all the tasks that need to be done.

We are committed to offering flexible and supportive solutions that meet the diverse needs of our providers. Additionally, our dedicated support teams regularly solicit feedback from our Provider network through forums, office hours, test groups, and individual communication with clinical team members to ensure we know what matters. I had a chance to interact with some nice people that were not associated with the founders.

The CEOs lacked empathy and very not the nicest people to interact with.

Although our Co-Founders exited the business over three and a half years ago, under the leadership of our current CEO, Kate Eberle Walker, we continue to strive to achieve the goals they set forth over 12 years ago, which is to ensure every student that has a need receives services.
