Pros

The leadership and people in the company are supportive, welcoming and willing to collaborate. There is a lot of flexibility and understanding of working parents juggling during the pandemic. It's also a mission-driven organization working on behalf of children with special needs so everyone is motivated by the same goal- to provide better services to kids.

Cons

The only con is not necessarily specific to PL but rather more of a result of the pandemic we are in. It has been hard to build meaningful working relationships with people and build shared trust since we haven't been able to meet in person. Fingers crossed that changes soon and I can finally meet people in person!

Additionally, we understand how the pandemic has affected relationship building. We will continue to explore ways to keep us connected as a PL community until it is safe to do so in person.

Lots of support, team players, and opportunities for growth Every day is challenging, fun, and different. Lots of opportunities to connect with others! Holidays and time off Excellent Benefits Strong culture and values- PL cares about their employees and it shows!

Some people have a much heavier caseload/workload within assignments, and management seems to not really care about employee concerns
