The leadership at PL is deeply committed to employee engagement and growth. Most importantly, everything PL does is in support of its school-based customers, best-in-class clinicians, and end-user students. The company is growing quickly and smartly, with tremendous opportunity ahead. When you join PL, you become part of a mission driven organization that is making a huge difference for students (and employees).

This is an opportunity to do work worth doing every single day with smart, talented people who are also driven by the mission. Despite its growing pains, the company has still been able to retain and attract top talent as illustrated by some amazing recent hires (CEO, VP Sales, and more to come). There's a lot we have to be proud of.

Hired a new CEO that has the focus and vision the company needs. The company is filling key positions that are needed to move the company forward and to the next level of growth. Recently added a Sales leader with proven experience building and leading a successful Sales team in Special Education. The people who remain are committed to the mission.

There is currently no 401k match.
