Unlimited vacation is the only Pro

They do not value the therapists that they employ. Chaos is the norm, NOT the exception. Constant poor management decisions which has hurt company Morale is at ZERO 50% of the staff is remote with little involvement with decision making 2 layoffs in 2018 and lost most of sales people
