Pros

Have the ability to be an innovator and to help children in need

Cons

The current leadership is highly influenced by team members that are simply interested in keep their jobs. The amount of backstabbing and reward for poor decisions is astounding and truly unnerving. Their focus is on profit margins and rarely did I hear any mention that motivation for providing services was to help children. Unfortunately, the culture has become one of finger pointing and blame as the ship sinks very quickly. Sadly, I don't see PresenceLearning surviving much longer.

Pros

Strong compensation plan, but they do not have enough supply for sales reps to hit their goals.

Cons

They are focused on financial margins over student impact. Not willing to address the churn of clinicians and staff. The executive team cannot be trusted and the company’s future looks bleak. They do not understand their core business; think of themselves as a tech company as opposed to being a staffing company that provides therapy services online.

Pros

Work from home opportunity, fairly autonomous work but hands down it’s the people that do the actual work that make it worth it.

Cons

Knowing Presence has staff write positive reviews to drown out the concerns of real reviews is a direct reflection of how this company works. You can only ignore the people that do the work for so long. Now onto the failed initiatives of an inexperienced Leadership team that is so far removed from the mission of the company that they are leading to its demise : Kanga Platform- Fail Salaried Therapist- Fail 3,500 Providers- Fail Asynchronous Interviews- Fail Liaison position-Fail 40+ staff layoffs- Fail Dismantling the Clinical Quality and Resource team- Fail Capacity issues- Fail Record number of Downsells- Fail The smart ones left and the good ones were laid off. The rest of us are just trying to figure out how to jump off this sinking ship.
