Pros

Work from home Flexible hours Unlimited time off Awesome team (absolutely no dead-wood) Medical benefits are second to none. The business objectives are to help people. The work is very fulfilling as a result.

Cons

Culture is very liberal politically speaking. Conservatives have to keep a low profile about anything political and stomach the liberal bias they may be exposed to.
