Pros

The people at PresenceLearning are the best of the best. Everyone is very driven to fulfill the company's mission of providing online special education related services anytime, anywhere to the students who need it most. This is more than just a job to the people here-it's a calling and a lifelong mission. The CEOs and senior level management are in touch with all employees-you can tell they care about what they do and they value everyone on the team.

Cons

None really-there are some procedures and policies that seem unclear at times, but I think this is to be expected at a startup. Management is open to hearing what employees think and is constantly working to make improvements. They take suggestions to heart and I feel incredibly valued as an employee.

Pros

PresenceLearning is driven by their mission to help all students gain access to special education related services. They treat their staff with respect and truly value family and a work/life balance. They appreciate us and reward hard word with recognition and time off with family.

Cons

There's not much as I can that's negative about PresenceLearning.

Pros

Overall Pros: Mission-driven company. Unlimited PTO. Flexible work hours. Competitive pay. Down-to-earth CEOs. Friendly and encouraging company culture. Company/CEOs really invests and considers the personal/career growths of employees. Two examples: 1. This Christmas season 2016, the CEOs were gracious enough to provide an official company holiday from 12/26/16 to 01/02/17! Extremely touched. Honestly, my motivation/morale to work harder for 2017-18 went up significantly. This type of response can't be accomplished by money, but a kind gesture like that is priceless and its effect can't be quantified. 2. PresenceLearning invested in the Revenue Team (Marketing, Sales, CSM, and more) by inviting them to Las Vegas for training and fun this December 2016. Really grateful for that. Bottom Line: This company is a great investment of time and energy for a recent graduate (like me) and for anyone wanting to do fulfilling work and get treated really well in return.

Cons

Needs more ethnical diversity in the office space (Asians, Hispanics, African-Americans, etc)
