      Pros

      The people and atmosphere - even working remote I can feel the positive vibes! Great culture! Interesting work - cutting edge but not bleeding edge!

      Cons

      I really can't think of any. Employees need to be self-starters and independent but I don't think of those as cons.

      mission driven, positive work. we make a difference in the lives of youth everyday.

      Cons

      outgrowing our office, but that is not the worst problem to have. A larger office has already been secured, so it's looking up!

      Pros

      This is the smartest, hardest-working group of people I've ever worked with. Our team has built an excellent core business and we're exploring a number of interesting areas for growth. Overall, we're still a small team so everyone has lot of responsibilities and must wear multiple hats, but it's a fun ride. The company has a generous vacation policy and a solid benefits program as well.

      Cons

      The office space is getting a little cramped but I guess that happens when you're growing. Teams also feel stretched-thin at times but we make it work.
