Pros
PresenceLearning, in so many ways, is the most honest and worthwhile business I've ever worked for. The mission is inspiring; the people are incredible; the solution is innovative; the future is exciting! PL truly cares about the well-being of employees, customers, and contractors. It's a tough balance to do the right thing by everyone involved in a business, but PresenceLearning makes every effort to do just that.
Cons
Lots of change, which to a life-long learner is a good thing, but a person must always be ready to incorporate new processes, systems, and thinking at any time to stay on top of the ball. Speaking of balls - there are a lot of them in the air so be ready to work hard and stay focused and efficient!
