While the nature of knocking on doors has difficult elements, this company does a lot to make sure the good outweighs the bad. They host quarterly events and a yearly trip entirely paid for by the company. If you're willing to work hard and learn you can do very well here.

Cons

Hours can be quite long.

The culture is very welcoming and high energy, Great benefits, amazing management that is always willing to help you. They are an employee first company. Everyone in the company started at the same position and worked their way up through merit. Get a month worth of pto. They have awesome company events all the time. Great bonus pay structure.

Cons

You will be working outside at first. If you don’t put in effort you won’t be promoted.
