Great energetic culture, lots of fun work events and people who are willing to work with you to improve your skills. There is a lot of room for promotions and long term growth as long as you put in the work. Pay structure can be very good, as long as you achieve your goals.

Cons

Dealing with the outdoor elements. You need to be willing to put in the work, effort, and training in to benefit truly from the job. Work life balance is decent, simply depends on what you’re used to and based off your performance. The pay structure is good, however again you need to train and work to achieve that.
