Pros

Great company culture. People are welcoming and helping. The atmosphere is good and you feel at home. A lot of flexibility and work-life balance. No micromanagement at all.

Cons

Been here for too short to identify cons. Maybe lack of communication structure and processes (e.g. dedicated email chains, etc.).

Disappointing Leadership & Declining Workplace Culture

Pros

f you're looking for an opportunity to witness firsthand how poor leadership impacts a company, this is an eye-opening experience. This role may help you refine your ability to navigate workplace adversity. The job market is tough, so it may serve as a temporary option until something better comes along.

Cons

Unfortunately, recent leadership changes have significantly impacted the work environment in ways that make it difficult to stay engaged. Policies such as mandatory office attendance—without clear justification—have disrupted flexibility, and previously remote positions are now limited. Leadership roles are now restricted to a single location, which reduces opportunities for employees outside that area. Additionally, hiring decisions appear to prioritize personal connections over qualifications, leading to ineffective leadership. Company-wide presentations often lack clarity and confidence, which reflects broader communication challenges. Many newly created roles do not function effectively, pay cuts and title changes have lowered morale, and a mentor program has been introduced despite widespread concerns over the competency of those selected as mentors. As a result, many talented employees have left or are actively seeking opportunities elsewhere. Morale has reached an all-time low, and the overall work culture has become discouraging. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend working here at this time.

Pros

The people were what made the work rewarding. You have tons of talented, high-performing individuals with years to decades of healthcare experience, all trying to do their best to make an impact on the clients they serve and the teams they're in.

Cons

While I haven't been there in a while, with the growth and expansion of the organization, I imagine more resources and intentional thought need to be put into the resources that frontline staff are given. While I was working there it felt like folks were on their way to burn-out or were already there. This was often due to asking high-performing leaders to do more with less.
