Unfortunately, recent leadership changes have significantly impacted the work environment in ways that make it difficult to stay engaged. Policies such as mandatory office attendance—without clear justification—have disrupted flexibility, and previously remote positions are now limited. Leadership roles are now restricted to a single location, which reduces opportunities for employees outside that area.
Additionally, hiring decisions appear to prioritize personal connections over qualifications, leading to ineffective leadership. Company-wide presentations often lack clarity and confidence, which reflects broader communication challenges. Many newly created roles do not function effectively, pay cuts and title changes have lowered morale, and a mentor program has been introduced despite widespread concerns over the competency of those selected as mentors.
As a result, many talented employees have left or are actively seeking opportunities elsewhere. Morale has reached an all-time low, and the overall work culture has become discouraging. Given these circumstances, I cannot recommend working here at this time.
