      Pros

      Good salary, decent learning opportunity for mid-level mobility.

      Cons

      They tend to recruit externally rather than invest in training and leadership development. I’m working with people that operate impulsively, and constantly worried about churn and making sales.

      These are not necessarily cons but rather suggestions for ongoing improvement - 1) never lose focus on being the best alternative in healthcare for solution delivery for improving healthcare, 2) continue to strive to be the best choice for healthcare organizations in solving complex and reoccurring problems, 3) continue to invest in talent, and 4) be a disruptor through ongoing innovation.
