Pros

You can listen to music and podcasts while you work. That is about it. Has a decent on site cafe.

Cons

Management refuses to talk to you and tries to intimidate you. No feedback on errors you make. You will be penalized and not know why.

We regret that your experience was not more positive. We strive to nurture a culture where managers maintain a consistent and open dialogue with their teams. We also provide structured opportunities to engage in two-way feedback through quarterly conversations designed to create a dialogue between the employee and the manager around development, feedback and coaching. Additionally, our best practice is for managers to meet with employees 1:1 frequently with the same goal in mind.

They are very friendly people, feels like you are in a family. Great benefits, flexible schedule, quiet and warm atmosphere.

Cons

Public company, if market goes down no matter how good you are working... Not much opportunity to grow.

Thank you for your feedback. We appreciate the sentiments and agree that our culture is warm, friendly and feels like a family. Our culture is a great source of pride, and it’s one of the many reasons why we’re consistently recognized as a great place to work by industry publications such as Becker’s. It’s also worth noting that on October 21, 2016, Press Ganey became a private company after being purchased by EQT, a leading global private equity group. This new operating structure provides Press Ganey with a deep platform and valuable resources to support our continued growth and service to our clients.

At Press Ganey, we take great pride in our associates’ abilities, dedication and focus on our mission. We hire individuals who are not only accomplished and passionate about our business, but who will enhance the amazing culture we have built. We appreciate the acknowledgement that we have many incredible people as part of our team. As a successful company, we allocate our resources judiciously to grow the business, and we continue to add new professionals to our platform. We have consistently made significant investments in critical areas throughout the organization, including technology, operations and our culture. In addition, we have developed robust programs to enhance our associates’ lives both personally and professionally. We continue to build on our already high levels of associate engagement through active senior management involvement in programs that specifically integrate associate feedback. Finally, we are very proud of our leadership team and Press Ganey’s vision to help transform health care delivery.
