      Pros

      Awesome culture. Everyone really works together. Mission-- we literally hear every day from clients how we are helping to make healthcare better. The execs have been great during covid--multiple town hall meetings and regular emails to keep us up to date. No layoffs at all during covid, which is amazing and not what you saw a lots of other companies.

      Cons

      You have to be able to work in a high paced environment. It isn't for everybody.
