      Pros

      Press Ganey leadership are really caring and empathetic to all of their Associates. Not only do they go above and beyond to help us maintain a personal life balance they go out of their way to make sure that we are physically and mentally safe and sound. After coming off medical leave, I returned to a Covid19 ready safe environment. Our CEO has thoughtfully placed a very competent management team in all areas of the organization. They help promote a good culture of family and community. I am proud to be a member of the PG team.

      Cons

      I feel that they could offer a much better pay scale.
