      Pros

      I honestly enjoy working here. Everyone I interact with is friendly, helpful and supportive. I have found the communication coming directly from the CEO very refreshing and you don't find that in many companies. He has clearly communicated the goals of the company and that the success of the company is due to the efforts of every single employee. Within my role, my manager gives positive feedback and lets you know when a job is well done. People need to embrace change, put trust in the leadership team and give 100% every day. I believe 2013 will be a breakout year for Press Ganey.

      Cons

      While it would be nice to all be in one location and know our co-workers better, videoconferencing and communicator help out a bit.

      Pros

      management was helpful (as a new employee) to show how to do things, very appreciative of your work. Good pay, benefits ok.

      Cons

      Could of had more training, employee I was replacing really did not want to show me much about the job.

      Pros

      This team is very close knit and works hard. I can rely on my colleagues to get things done and we all have a lot of pride in what we do. The direction of the company is pretty compelling. No one else can do what Press Ganey can today, so I'm proud to work on something really different. Compensation is good - and there is still a 401k match! (which no one has anymore).

      Cons

      There's a lot of volume and you have to sort out how and where you are going to spend your time. It's constant prioritizing so you don't get overwhelmed. Not so balanced...
