Owned byprivate equity firms so their profit is #1 priority. 1. Negative morale on Tech and client facing roles. Overworked with little support. 2. Too many layoffs creating more work for remaining employees with no title change or pay increase. 3. Product has a lot of missing functionality and no plans for addressing, very painful for current clients and puts those on front lines in uncomfortable position. 4. Constant hiring or compensation freezes, below average pay, expensive medical benefits.

The it department has been overtaken by charlatans who lack the skills to accomplish the work. ‘Staff’ engineers and scientists who have clearly lied across their resume about their credentials and can’t spell the word ‘survey’. And management that for some ungodly reason continues to believes them..Best of luck! How’s the data quality been the past few months?
