      Pros

      The best part of working with Press Ganey are my colleagues and managers. Everyone is great to work with, and very helpful and personable. Also, as a working mom, I'm grateful that it's never an issue when I need to take time off for family commitments. And I think the work we do here definitely helps improve healthcare.

      Cons

      There is always a lot of work to be done. Which is a good thing, but sometimes leads to over-time.

      Pros

      Press Ganey is truly a wonderful company to work for. They offer great benefits, flexible time off and they are very family oriented. Things come up outside of work and I have never been told I couldn't leave to take care of it. With the number of employees they have, time is made for us to have some fun time together, whether it's groups of people at times, or on zoom. I can't complain about the pay either. I feel truly blessed to be with this company.

      Cons

      The majority of people work from home so we can't yell across the cubicles for answers anymore. I miss that the most. :)
