Pros

The CEO, Pat Ryan, is the finest most incredible CEO I have ever had at an organization. He is a wonderful influence. He cares about the employees and cares about the industry. Also, he cares about real world situations. He was a leader to follow during the pandemic, during the Jan 6th insurrection, during the Ukraine/Russia war. He always has supportive and positive influence to share, which helped calm any worries. His leadership is what I appreciate most about this company.
